When using the switching service, when will you move the money in my old current account to my new account?

If you've chosen to complete a full switch, we’ll send you a definite date when we’re going to switch your account over – Direct Debits, balance and all.

If you change your mind:

After this date, you can only cancel certain parts of the switch – but you can also change the switching date any time before the switch starts. To cancel your switch, or change any details, you can send us a secure message by logging into your account online.
