How do I manage text alerts?

If you have previously set up text alerts via our "Text Message alerts" portal, you will need to text STOP to 87212 and re-set this service up through our mobile app under "Alerts". Then you'll be able to change your text alert settings.

If you have set up text alerts via our mobile app, then visit "Alerts" within the app and you'll be able to change your text alert settings there.
