How do I order a replacement card? And how long will it take to arrive?

If your card has been lost or stolen, please call us immediately on +44(0)345 600 6000 (24/7) (Call Charges).

If your card is damaged, you can order a replacement card by:

  1. Logging in to online banking
  2. Visiting 'Your accounts'
  3. Click 'View account' on your current account/credit card preview
  4. Click 'Order a replacement card'
  5. You'll be asked to enter the last 4 digits of your card number
  6. Select whether the card is faulty or damaged and click 'confirm'

Your replacement card should be with you within 5 days.

Please check that your address is correct before ordering a replacement card. Please destroy your old card by cutting it in half when your new one arrives.
