Do I need to opt in or out of using Third Party Providers (TPPs) on my bank account(s)?

You don’t need to contact us to opt in or out of using Third Party Provider (TPP) services. It’s your choice whether or not you wish to use the services and you can do this directly through the TPP.

Unless you provide explicit consent directly to a regulated TPP, your account(s) cannot be accessed.

TPP services are provided by 3rd party companies, and not by smile itself.

Should you enter into an agreement directly with a TPP to access your smile account(s), we are obliged to co-operate with the TPP’s access requests made on your behalf.
