I don’t know if I’ve agreed to have Third Party Provider (TPP) services on my account?

You should contact the Third Party Provider (TPP) directly, to check the agreement they have with you.

You can also check the FCA register of all authorised TPPs; however this may not be fully comprehensive, as there are some TPPs which have been in operation since before January 2016, and do not need to be on the FCA register until late 2019.
