I want to make a complaint about a Third Party Provider (TPP), what do I do?

From 13 January 2018:

  • You have the right to complain to an Account Information Services (AIS) or Payment Initiation Services (PIS) provider if you have a problem with the service they are providing.
  • If you are not happy with the firm’s response, they reject your complaint or you do not hear from them, you may have the right to take your complaint to a dispute resolution provider, and the Third Party Provider (TPP) will be able to tell you more about this.

If your complaint is about something we have done, you should contact us to make a complaint. You may have the right to take your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
