I think there’s a fraudulent transaction on my account. What do I do?

If you don’t recognise a particular form of payment on your account, like a card payment or funds transfer, call us immediately on:

0345 600 6000 (Call Charges) for credit card customers

We’ll then check the payment details with you, and provide you with as much information as possible. If you still don’t recognise the payment, we might need to block account stationary or temporarily limit your access to certain banking channels.
