I've lost my Card Reader or my Card Reader is not working anymore, can I have another one?

Send us a secure message through online banking and we’ll replace it for you, at no extra charge. If you are locked out of your online banking, please call us on 03457 212 212 (6am - 10pm, 7 days a week) to order a new one. (Call Charges).
