What do you do at smile?
I'm a customer service advisor who specialises in loans. This means I take calls, answer secure messages and service customers who are interested in taking out loans from quotes to completion.
Why Smile?
There's always a happy atmosphere in smile, I've made some great friends working here and the bonuses are good!
One word to describe yourself?
Temperamental.
Dream holiday?
Lying on a hot sunny beach drinking mojitos and listening to music.
Favourite TV channel / Programme?
X-Factor, I get hooked from day 1 when it starts with all the cringe-worthy auditions!
Favourite book?
Twilight by Stephanie Meyer. Although not as visually appealing as the film for obvious reasons, I just love the story between the two main characters, I couldn't put it down!
Proudest moment?
My proudest moment in smile would be being classed as "values exceeded" for the whole of 2008 for my performance in my role as a customer advisor.
Scariest moment?
When I was at school, I always took part in the school plays, but on the opening nights I'd be so terrified, my heart would be racing and I'd be shaking with nerves.
