Paperless

‘Going paperless’ is the decision to receive your bank statements online instead of by post.

Rather than getting your statements through your door, you will be notified by email that your new statement is ready, then you can log in to your online banking to view or download it, at any time.

  • You can save up to seven years of statements from the first statement after you go paperless.
  • Easy access - you can print or download the PDF Statements any time you need them.
  • Added security - fraudsters like paper statements - without them it's harder to steal your identity.
  • Cut the clutter - we take care of the filing for you, as your online and mobile statements are stored on our secure server.
  • Proof of address - just like paper statements you can use them to prove your address if you need to.

What do I need to do to go paperless?
