How do I make a payment in Smile online banking?
- Log in to online banking
- Go to your Accounts homepage
- Click Move Money
- Follow the instructions on screen. Once you've filled in all relevant details, click Next
- If you're paying someone new, you’ll need to enter your password, 6-digit security code and a verification code we will send to you by text message or email. It's important that you never tell anyone your verification code.
