If I get a new or replacement card, do I have to update my Samsung Pay?

If a new or replacement card is issued, your Samsung Pay should update automatically. You do not have to update your card information yourself.

If, for some reason, the card doesn’t update automatically, you need to call us. For debit card enquiries call us on +44(0)3457 212 212, or for credit card enquiries call us on +44(0)345 600 6000, to speak to a member of our customer service team. We’re available from 8am-8pm, 7 days a week (call charges may apply).
