How do I request a new Card Reader? And can I have two card readers for work and at home?
If your Card Reader has run out of power, you don’t need to replace the device itself. Instead, just replace the batteries inside by opening the battery drawer with a pen, and putting in a button cell batteries, like a CR2032.
If you have lost it or need to order a replacement, just send us a secure message or send us a message on Web Chat. We’ll be happy to send you a new one.
A second reader can be requested at no extra cost by sending us a secure message after logging into your online banking.
REMEMBER: Your card and Card Reader are for you and only you to use when banking online. We will never ask you to use your Card Reader on the phone.
