How do I add a credit cardholder to my smile credit card?
You can apply to add an additional cardholder by printing off an additional cardholder application form (credit card mandate form). Firstly please check that the additional cardholder meets our eligibility criteria. These are listed on the application form. Enter the additional cardholder’s details.
