How do I access or print copies of my current account statements?

We'll send you an email to tell you when your statement is ready to view online or in the mobile app. If you are viewing your statement in online banking you may need to enter a verification code we will send to you by text message or email. It's important that you never tell anyone your verification code.

PDF statements for our current accounts can be viewed online or in the mobile app for up to 7 years from the first paperless statement you received.

If you're having trouble printing the PDF, go to your settings and select 'fit to page.'

You can also search and sort through transactions into category and date order and export into a csv file. To order a paper copy of your statement, please send us a secure message. There will be charge for this service.
