How do I order a replacement card? And how long will it take to arrive?
If your card’s been damaged or is faulty, you can order a replacement online.
Order a replacement card by:
- Logging in to online banking
- Visiting your accounts
- Click 'View account' on your current account/credit card preview
- Click Order a replacement card
- Follow the instructions
Your replacement card should be with you within 5-7 days. Please check that your address is correct before ordering a replacement card. Please destroy your old card by cutting it in half when your new one arrives.
