How do I order a replacement card? And how long will it take to arrive?

If your card’s been damaged or is faulty, you can order a replacement online.

Order a replacement card by:

  1. Logging in to online banking
  2. Select the account you want a replacement card on
  3. click 'Manage card'
  4. Then 'Order replacement card' and follow the on-screen instruction

Your replacement card should be with you within 3-5 working days. Please check that your address is correct before ordering a replacement card. Please destroy your old card by cutting it in half when your new one arrives.
