Why are you sending me overdraft text alerts?
We want to help you manage your money and avoid/ minimise any interest charges you may incur. If we have a mobile number registered for you, we'll send you overdraft text alerts when you go into or are about to go into an arranged and/or unarranged overdraft. We'll also send you alerts if you have payments due that may not get paid. You can opt out of arranged or unarranged overdraft alerts at any time by contacting us.
