If you think you may find your card, you can freeze the card so it cannot be used – go to 'Cards', select your card if you have more than one, then turn on 'Card freeze'.
If you find your card again, you can instantly unfreeze your card.
Your old card cannot be used, including with digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Wallet).
Your new card should be added to any digital wallets you've added your card to by the end of the next business day.
You should receive your new card within 3 to 5 business days – when it arrives, please destroy your old card by cutting it in half.
You should receive a new PIN within 6 to 8 business days.
