Can I change a bill payment amount?

If your planned bill payment has yet to be processed (i.e it’s set for a future date), you can delete it and set up a new one.

  • Log in to online banking
  • Select 'Scheduled payments'
  • Choose the payment you wish to cancel
  • Click Cancel

Go back to and click on 'Pay and transfers' and follow the on-screen instructions to set up a new one.
