Can I change a bill payment amount?
If your planned bill payment has yet to be processed (i.e it’s set for a future date), you can delete it and set up a new one.
- Log in to online banking
- Select 'Payments'
- Select 'Manage scheduled payments'
- Choose the payment you wish to cancel
- Click Cancel
Go back to and click on 'Payments' and follow the on-screen instructions to set up a new one.
