How do I change my contact details and login information?
You can do this either in online banking or via our mobile app.
Log into online banking and visit your Profile page and then follow the instructions on screen. You will need your card reader to update your details.
You can change your:
- Email address
- Contact number (s)
- Security code.
If you don't have a card reader and have our mobile app, you can update your email address and phone number in our mobile app without one. Simply log in and from the My Settings and details page, choose 'update number or email' from the bottom of the page.Don't have online or mobile banking?
