How do I change my login details for online banking?
You are unable to change your username. If you've forgotten your username, go to the forgotten username page. You will be asked to enter and confirm your email address. We'll send a username reminder to your specified email address within a couple of hours.
To change your password and security code:
- Log in to online banking
- Select 'Profile'
- Select 'Change your password' or 'Change your security code'
- Follow the instructions
You will need your card reader and a valid debit card and PIN to reset your security details.
You do not have to use a smile card reader, any card reader can be used. If your card reader has run out of power then you can replace the batteries by opening the battery drawer with a pen
