My money transfer/bill payment has not been made - what should I do?

Here are some common reasons your money transfer or bill payment hasn’t been made:-

  • You’ve entered an invalid account number or sort code for the recipient
  • You’ve used an invalid reference number
  • You don’t have enough money to make the payment.
