Once the balance of the account is zero, you can close your account by sending us a secure message after you've logged into your online banking.
Alternatively you can call us on 03457 212 212. Available 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and 9am to 5pm at the weekend (call charges).
When you close your account, we will send you a letter and ask if you want to request your payment transaction history. This will show all payment related transactions that have been made through your account in the five years prior to your account closure.
