If you're in a store that accepts Apple Pay, swipe your Apple device across a contactless card reader - just like you would with a contactless credit or debit card.
If you're buying something online, your Apple Wallet will already have your card's details available when you make a purchase. It saves you typing your card details out online, or scanning your card in each time you visit.

Call us immediately on 0345 600 6000 (call charges) and we will cancel the card, order you a replacement card and automatically update your card in the Wallet the next working day. Lines are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you have lost your Apple device or believe it has been stolen you should report this to Apple. You should go to your iCloud account or Find my iPhone app and from here you can put the device in lost mode which will prevent any use of the card from the device.
Yes, you can use wallet payments in the same way you would a standard debit or credit card. You may be charged processing fees by other banks, overseas charges, and currency conversion charges too. Find out more about smile Bank's card charges outside the UK.
If a new or replacement card is issued, your Apple Pay should update automatically. You do not have to update your card information yourself.
If, for some reason, the card doesn’t update automatically, you need to call us. Apple Pay refunds are processed just like any other refund.
You'll still be able to get the same credit card benefits that you receive with use of your physical card, as well as getting the same rates and charges on payments in the UK and outside the UK.
Both account holders will need to register their debits cards separately, but the funds will come out of the same joint account. The Apple Pay Wallet will be available to use, for both of you once you’ve registered.
