How do I reset my online banking password or security code?

If you've forgotten your password, security code, or both, go to the online banking log in page and click “Forgotten your login details?” and follow the on-screen instructions.

You'll be sent a verification code by text message or email to confirm the change. It's important that you never tell anyone your verification code.

If you have locked yourself out of online banking after entering incorrect information too many times, you'll need to call our Customer Services team on +44(0)3457 212 212 (call charges apply) to reset your details. Lines are open 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday.
