I have locked myself out of online banking

If you have been locked out of your online banking account due to entering incorrect security details, you'll need to call us on +44(0)3457 212 212 (call charges apply). Lines are open 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday.

If you have forgotten your username, go to online banking, click “Forgotten your login details?” then “Username reminder”. You’ll need to enter your name, date of birth and account details. You'll be sent a verification code by text message or email. It's important that you never tell anyone your verification code. Once you’ve confirmed the verification code, your username will appear on screen.

If you've forgotten your password, security code, or both of these, go to the online banking log in page, click “Forgotten your login details?”, then select which of your details you’d like to reset. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset your security details. You'll be sent a verification code by text message or email to confirm the change. It's important that you never tell anyone your verification code.
